**Restaurant Review: Chipotle's Aedenwood Location** Chipotle’s Aedenwood location offers a mixed bag of experiences for diners. While some patrons rave about the deliciously generous portions of protein and the friendly efficiency of the newer staff, others express frustration over the management's handling of employee matters and adherence to safety protocols. Reports of rudeness and poor online order management paint a contrasting picture. Additionally, unprofessional behavior from staff regarding mask policies has raised concerns among customers. On the positive side, many guests appreciate the quality of the food, with some noting significant improvements in preparation and taste. Overall, caution is advised when visiting this location.

It seems that the staff at this location possess such advanced knowledge of science and health that they found it acceptable to mock a pregnant woman who simply wanted to order a bean and cheese burrito without a mask—especially since the county lifted the mask mandate just the day before. Interestingly, the restaurant was filled with patrons dining mask-free. If Chipotle decides to enforce a strict policy, that's their choice, even if it contradicts the guidelines of most Health Departments across the country. However, if we're genuinely following the science and adhering to public health directives—most of which now align with nearly every county in the region—then perhaps the staff should be reminded to demonstrate a bit more professionalism. As for me, I don't feel like I'm missing out; I find Chipotle to be as "Mexican" as Taco Bell.

Exercise caution when ordering online. I ended up waiting in the store for 30 minutes beyond my scheduled pickup time because they completely missed my online order. Ordering food in person is definitely much faster.

We received outstanding customer service, from the person who prepared our order to the charming gentleman at the checkout!

Be careful if you are ordering online. I waited in store for 30min after my pick up schedule time. They completely ignored online orders. It’s much faster ordering food in store.

Apparently the workers at this location have such advanced scientific and medical minds as to laugh in the face of pregnant woman who just wanted to order a bean and cheese burrito but didn’t have a mask on—since the county rescinded the mask orderyesterday. Never mind the restaurant full of people eating without masks on. If Chipotle wants to maintain a blanket policy, fine. It’s your right to contradict most Health Department policies across the country. But if we’re following the scienceand abiding by the directives of the people in charge of setting policy—which now matches pretty much every other county inthe area—maybe remind your workers not to be tools. For me personally, no loss. Chipotle is about as “mexican” as TacoBell.
