We ordered two burritos and were a bit disappointed because the server accidentally put cheese on both, even though we asked for no cheese. The second time, she loaded them so full that they were huge and had to be eaten over a bowl. She even tore the burrito my boyfriend had, but he was so flustered he just said it was fine and ate it anyway. I'm not sure we'll be back.

For my burrito bowl, I only received t... read more Had the worst experience at Chipotle. Ordered online for pickup, but they forgot to give us cups for my daughter's drink. For my burrito bowl, I only received three toppings—a small scoop of beans, sofritas, and a small scoop of veggies. The rest of my toppings were given to my husband, who couldn't eat them. Our dinner was ruined and mostly uneaten. I requested a refund through the app, but it was denied; they only offered a BOGO coupon. Since Chipotle couldn't make things right, we probably won’t be returning.

Nearly half of my order was incorrect, and today I was told their QR scanner wasn’t working, so I couldn’t redeem my free dessert. While I understand technical problems happen, this has happened more times than I find acceptable. Because of this, I either had to pay $30 for two people or leave without my meal. I sincerely hope my food wasn’t wasted.

I've had about half of my orders come out wrong and was told today that their QR scanner wasn't working so I couldn't claim my free entree(that's entirely fair but it happens more often than is acceptable) . I eitherhad to buy my meal( $30 for two peoples food) or leave it. I hope it didn't just get thrown away.
