Every time i order online my food is like half the size it should be. today i got a burrito through doordash that was literally 1/4 of normal portions. you should not be able to fold the burrito that many times, those ingredients should be spilling out
Used to loveeeee this Chipotle! Would order through DoorDash for lunch often. This past Thursday I ordered and ate it and by late Thursday night I had food poisoning. It wasn?t my other meals because other people ate what I had eaten? except Chipotle.Unfortunately I will not be getting Chipotle again after the experience I had last night. ????
I want to clarify that I absolutely love Chipotle, but this particular location is quite disappointing. The service is terrible, especially for a place that specializes in making burritos. It's just not up to standard.
It's honestly pretty hit or miss. I've had about half of my orders come out wrong and was told today that their QR scanner wasn't working so I couldn't claim my free entree(that's entirely fair but it happens more often than is acceptable) . I eitherhad to buy my meal( $30 for two peoples food) or leave it. I hope it didn't just get thrown away.
AVOID ORDERING FROM THIS CHIPOTLE! If it weren’t the closest location to my workplace, I wouldn’t order from here at all. Every time I place an order online, they forget to include items in my bag. This has happened multiple times and is very frustrating. It’s clear the staff here aren’t doing their job properly.
