Bob Evans - Newark

Today, I arrived early at 7:45 and was seated right away. However, I had to wait for the server to take our drink order. The food arrived in a reasonable amount of time, but it was lukewarm and the portions were small. The restaurant was not crowded and the server and manager seemed to have nothing to do. Three tables, including ours, seemed to be overlooked. No one checked on us to see if we had left the correct amount of cash before we left. The management and service were poor. Despite this, we decided to give them another chance. However, Bob Evans never disappoints - the service and food were terrible. We will not be returning.

I recently visited Bob Evans for breakfast for the first time and it was a great experience. The food was delicious, the seating was clean and comfortable, and the waitress was very friendly and helpful.

Bob's may not be the most aesthetically pleasing restaurant, but it consistently delivers delicious traditional breakfast fare. This establishment never fails to impress.

That was our first time in this bob evans restaurant. most of the tables were empty, but we waited for space. As soon as we ordered, it took 42 minutes until our food arrived, although I was asked after 30 minutes, I was told: “It comes immediately!” our food arrived while I was in the mind to cancel my order. the restaurant was still 2/3 empty. the whole breakfast order of my daughter was cold. the meal of my wife was barely warm, but they did not complain. I ordered the fire chicken salat with crispy chicken and asked to keep the green bevels and replace blue cheese dressing for the ranch, not a difficult order. my salat came with the chopped green bevelled and grilled chicken. I have never grilled chicken at any bob evans. the waiting staff present was polite and minimal. Obviously the kitchen must be short-circuited. but there is no excuse for wrong commands and cold eating. I blame the empty suit in the white house for it.
