Villard The Gold Room - New York

Based on the quality of the food and the service I experienced, I wouldn't recommend this restaurant just for its prices.

The service was terrible. thanks to the capacity of the hostess over the demand for a high chair, then were ignored for 20 minutes until we wait another table to place our order. our waiter never spoke to us as a scary fell. he was walking around the waiter station all the time and seemed more interested in organizing that than with the couple of tables he had. the food was under average, small portions. this hotel looks good, but the service is a complete catastrophe since we arrived and that extends to villard. look somewhere else for breakfast and look for a hotel stay somewhere else and if they think to stay here.

The service was very bad, my family stayed here for several days while christmas and the restaurant was not open the largest part of the day without other alternatives, unless they wanted a quick snack in their coffee cook. eating was very expensive served for the portions.

We came for Christmas brunch and were immediately in a wonderful position. the setting and eating were great, but a part of my order was forgotten. they removed it at the end of the check when we finished the meal and it was too late. our waiter was clearly too busy after we had ordered him the next time we flew him at the end of our meal to let him know about the missing food before we got one. because they seem understaffed, we didn't get any refills or something. unfortunately we felt forgotten on Christmas morning, which was definitiw distracted from the whole pleasure.

My family and I ate breakfast at Villard before attending a show at radio city music hall. The food and service could not have been better. They were very accommodating to my 4 year old son. The food came out fast and was absolutely delicious.
