read moreWhile the ambience of the restaurant was great, service was lacking in many ways. Multiple instances of long wait times and unimpressive food quality were noted by different patrons. The Manager's reaction to complaints was also a negative aspect of the experience. On the positive side, the decor and draft selections were praised. The large group found it difficult to find a lunch spot, but this restaurant was able to accommodate them. Overall, while there were some bright spots, improvements in service and consistency are needed for this restaurant to truly impress its clientele.
