This was not my first time at Song E Napule and in fact, I take my friends who are visiting NYC. My last visit was a huge disappointment. The food is good but the service was subpar. I’ve wanted come here since seeing it listed among the top 50 pizza restaurants in the world, and wow, it is a gem! We had two pizzas one a margherita and one with truffle sauce and prosciutto. Both were excellent. I typically like my crust crispier than they do here but the quality of ingredients more than made up for it. It’s a small place, casual and full of Italian pride.
