Contribute FeedbackThe service was decent; the staff appeared friendly and eager to help. However, I found it difficult to get their attention as they were often distracted, chatting amongst themselves, even though the restaurant wasn’t busy. I also noticed that the shabu shabu meat had a slight odor, which raised concerns about its quality. Given the price, I expected a better experience overall.
The service was inconsistent. The waiter never approached us to check on how we were doing, and when we tried to get their attention, we had to raise our hands for almost two minutes. Overall, the service was quite disappointing.
The service was extremely inattentive, and the food was mediocre. We requested water and menus three times. Although our reservation was for 8 PM, our food didn't arrive at the table until 9 PM. Since it's shabu shabu, there wasn't much cooking required. Overall, it was very disappointing.
Came for the all you can eat special and found that it was lacking in variety. Lots of other food options, but only 3 kinds of meat available, all fairly thick cut for shabu shabu, and no choice in vegetables. I also tried the curry tonkatsu and the taste was ok but difficult to cut and served on a plate far too small. I didn't hate it , i just didn't love it.
Terrible service. Waited 15 minutes before anyone came to our table. Had to get up and ask 2 waiters to get the bill.
