What User doesn't like about Pokeworks-union Square:
I decided to have lunch at this restaurant because I enjoy Poke Bowls, but I was disappointed. read moreAt this evolving poke restaurant, patrons experience a mix of highs and lows. While the selection and freshness of ingredients, including customizable options, are often praised, some have encountered inconsistencies in rice preparation and seafood variety. Service quality fluctuates, with reports of both attentive employees and lackluster interactions. Recent renovations and a friendlier staff have improved the ambiance, drawing back former customers. Signature sauces receive positive mentions, and the location remains favorable. Despite some criticisms, numerous diners see potential in the food and commend the management for revitalizing the establishment, making it a noteworthy stop in the Union Square area.
