What User doesn't like about Pokeworks-union Square:
I decided to have lunch at this restaurant because I enjoy Poke Bowls, but I was disappointed. The salmon was decent, but the white rice was overly mushy, which made the rest of the bowl unappetizing. There were a good variety of toppings to choose from and the staff was friendly, which is why I gave it 3 stars instead of 2. Overall, the toppings and sauce options were okay, but paying $20 for a bowl with mushy rice... View all feedback.

Now we go to get food even Monday Evening from there regularly because Layla is literally the best, she?s our favorite her and the tall guy that is there sometimes are always nice and always ready to make sure we have the best experience? love from Jessie and Ana
Excellent customer service, very convenient location and most importantly the food was exquisite.

I could understand if I had come at the end of the day, but it was only 2pm when I visited.
I was shocked by the poor attitude of the two women working at this restaurant. When I walked in, one of them was on a phone call and didn't even acknowledge me. The other woman took my order but was also on a video call, dropping things and not paying attention. I had to repeat my order multiple times because she was distracted. Another customer walked in and questioned their behavior before leaving. The two workers then proceeded to talk negatively about her. I was disappointed with my experience and felt compelled to share it on social media. I will not return to this restaurant and hope they provide better training for their staff.
The manager Jay is dope! He?s very cool, and cares for his customers! I?ve been going there for a while and the services have never declined once. The pandemic came, and they still got themselves back on their feet and better! They did new renovations, upped their staff and the food is still fresh. Definitely a great spot if you love sushi bowls!
