What User doesn't like about Philippe Chow Uptown:
one of us had haare on our Entree plate, which we discovered as soon as it put the server it. fortunately, the server was there because I got the impression that the manager would have assumed that we put it there, especially if we consider when we describe the hair, we were not going to have anyone in the kitchen area so haare. who forced us to whisper that we did not have, but decided that it was free. We were extremely rushed because it was a late dinner but didn’t see other tables being forced out as much as we were. There were few tables left as we walked out who were sitting and chatting- meanwhile the man was handing us open bags for our to go containers and hovering over us for the signed check.
