What mark lee doesn't like about McDonald's:
They didn?t give me my mobile order. I asked them twice. They finally printed a new order for me after 30mins. Then I still got nothing after another 15 minutes. I left without anything. Very terrible service. I understand sometimes the system could have problems and lose an order. But at least be nice and apologize and fix it. Nope, nothing. View all feedback.
