What JR C likes about Kunjip:
Enjoyed. I really enjoyed my meal at Kunjip. The food was fast, the beer was cold, and the service was friendly. I live outside of the city and all of my tablemates live in the city and none were particularly thrilled with the food. I'm relatively new to Korean cuisine and found it quite good at Kunjip. read moreKunjip in NYC's Koreatown is a bustling spot with a cozy vibe and delicious Korean food. The menu is expansive, offering authentic fare that is perfect for late-night dining. While the service can be a bit rushed, the food is top-notch with flavorful dishes such as spicy pork bibimbap, seafood soups, and hot stone pot specials. The seafood pancake and Kimchi Jigae come highly recommended, along with the LA-galbi. The restaurant may be a bit chaotic during peak hours, but the overall experience of dining at Kunjip is worth a visit for those looking for a taste of Korea in NYC.
