What Jiexi C doesn't like about Estela:
Food was just not impressive or special. Not sure what everyone else was having, but everything was mediocre. Squash blossoms with scallops were weird, can barely taste the scallops. Oysters were overpowered by the sauce. Beef tartare was ok. Lobster with woodear and grapes were just a weird combo and tastes weird together... Despite the Michelin star the Sunday day menu is now WOW. Don’t take the sea plate it’s very small and not exciting at all. We liked the fish with very fishy smell but absolutely no fish taste, the sandwich with pork, and the mushroom ravioli. Each plate had a super smell of the thing it was made of, that’s cool. However the overall opinion is 4* View all feedback.
