What Zack G doesn't like about Dunkin':
Incredibly poor staff. There were 4 people in the restaurant, and I saw at least two orders get returned for being entirely wrong. I was overcharged and given the wrong item. I was blamed and they refused to give me a refund. This is the best dunkin in all of NYC. This summer, I fainted in this dunkin from the heat, and the workers not only helped me and gave me food and water, but ordered me an Uber home. On their own Uber account. Then today, I was having a really bad day, and the sweetest woman gave me an extra donut. It truly made my entire day. All the workers at this Dunkin need a raise immediately. View all feedback.
