I had a much better latte than I usually expect from Dunkin'. I'm usually a Starbucks fan because they tend to have decent baristas, but I would definitely choose this place over the nearby Starbucks next time. My suggestion is that you do not use a coupon. I had a coupon for a free donut. It required me to make a purchase which I did. The store gave such a hard time. The donut is less than $2. They did not honor the coupon and scanned it multiple times whichprevented me from using it. I will never go back. If I could I would give zero stars. View all feedback.
A friend of mine and I went inside of this store yesterday to see about the Funko Pop promotion and the workers inside of the store had no idea what we were talking about. They were rude and treated us quite harshly to the point that we were rebuffed. Ido not recommend this particular Dunkin in East Harlem. I would recommend that the franchisee retrain or hire workers who arecompetent in English, understand the neighborhood that they work in, and take a lesson in how business works.

In the early morning, the staff is quick, friendly, and efficient. They maintain a good pace throughout the day, but I’ve noticed that the late-night crew isn’t as friendly as those working in the morning and afternoon. I rated the restaurant 4 stars mainly because there are often no available seats or tables, which I understand given the location. However, they could certainly improve their customer service to enhance the overall experience.

The service is extremely slow, especially during busy times when there often seems to be only one person working. While I don’t blame that individual, it’s impossible for one person to handle the register, prepare food and coffee, and clean all at once. They really need to hire more staff.
