The pizza, which is usually excellent, tasted like it had been reheated. There was an extra charge for what seemed like only five small slices of sausage in the papardelle, and the waitress was inattentive. View all feedback.
The restaurant was empty, but the service was very slow. It was mid-day lunch, but the crew was involved with administrative functions. We had to ask for water, bread, to order and get the check. It was puzzling. The food was okay, but expensive for lunch.
Don giovanni’s was very close to the theater and they had what we were looking for traditional Italian cuisine. we went very early so that pizza was not yet available, it was not a problem for us and they were very honest about the selection not available. we wanted pasta. the portions were quite expensive, but I felt that they could have been a bit bigger and prepared with extra sauces. the garlic knot uses a lot of fresh garlic and oil, a little underboiled, but good. I would not giovanni try to taste the fresh pizzas they looked great.
Do not understand how Red wine is not on the happy hour menu, only white wine.
We had only one salad and had a pizza it was good and good price
Fabulous brick oven pizza! The best in the city!!!!
