This place is truly a hole in the wall. There's no place to sit and even stand around for too long as customers keep coming in. I don't understand how they know whose next to be served when people just stand around nonchalantly. Most people did pick up so those orders were pre made. I felt like those were first priority and the people that came in afterwards was second.

So incredibly expensive now!!! 6.89 for a medium which is smaller than a small anywhere else. And it doesn 't even include the boba! I understand post-Covid businesses need to make sacrifices, but this is ridiculous!!! Also the taro slush drink sucks. Do not get!

Must try those taro and bubble milk teas. My favorite ?

The matcha bubble tea here is excellent, especially for America. I don't have much else to add—it's just really good. The prices for bubble tea are standard. The matcha latte is everything you would expect it to be, and the brown sugar adds a warm, gooey sweetness. Additionally, the Yakult drinks are delightful as well.

Most of the time, the experience is quite good, but it's disappointing when I order a large black sugar milk tea and receive just a large cup of milk with only a faint hint of flavor. I suppose I'll have to start requesting extra sugar or tasting the drink before I leave, which I really dislike doing when I’m taking food to go, just to make sure I don’t get shortchanged again.
