Contribute FeedbackExperience at Cipriani Wall Street was a mixed bag. While some found the food and service exceptional, with high praise for dishes like halibut and veal piccatine al limone, others found the food disappointing, heavy, and overpriced. The waitstaff earned mixed reviews, with some finding them overly enthusiastic and others attentive and friendly. However, the stunning views from the balcony were widely appreciated. Overall, Cipriani Wall Street seems to be a venue of unique grandeur, perfect for special occasions and events.
The restaurant is closed. they must remove it from their system. this was a total time waste and the review is a reflection of the open table not cipriani. historically I had great meal times there, but more openly, my time was was wasted.
Great service and very attentive eating was excellent
I dine around the world, mostly in Europe, at Cipriani frequently. This dinner was to mark my civil wedding earlier on the day. While the food presentation was perfect as always, the service was pushy by European and indeed by US standards when it came to alcohol. Pouring a USD 250 bottle of wine, which should have been decanted, into quasi water glasses, doesn’t do justice to it. The same applies to charging non ordered items to the bill. While eventuality this was corrected it dampened the whole experience of what should have been a more memorable night at what is a beautiful restaurant that due to COVID’s impact on NY FiDi remains rather empty for a Friday night.
Not wild about the food. Heavy. I ordered an entree salad and pre pandemic it had been fresher and lighter and all around more satisfying. The staff worked really hard and were very pleasant. I also liked the outdoor space very much.
Gazpacho and tuna tartare as apps and veal piccatine al limone 2x’s. food was excellent, service friendly and attentive. location unforgettable. cipriani never disappoints.
