I was in the worst. every time I go, it literally takes 5 minutes per customer. Today I stood 25 minutes in the line and there were 6 people in the line. these people are not slow. get new employees or rent them more. ridiculus
Food preparation should wear masks or not speak when the customers eat. the Preparator yesterday spoke during the serving and spoke flew out of his mouth and eating.
Update their hours! they can even order online or ubereats and go to get their food and find out that they are closed. absolutely ridiculous!
They have public toilets that are rarer in the lower manhattan.
I was in NY with my family on vacation. The wrap was pretty good, had to ask for more fillings, several people did. I appreciate having to show your vaccination card. Food was hot and fresh, but they allow too many people inside at one time.
