Casa Del Toro - New York

I had an amazing experience at the restaurant! We enjoyed some margaritas and a selection of tacos. The margaritas were incredibly fresh, with even the Cointreau made in-house. I tried the pescado, camaron, costilla de res, and maiz tacos, all of which were fantastic. The service was exceptional—after paying, my girlfriend and I decided to sit at the bar for some churros and more margaritas. I would rate it a perfect 10/10 and will definitely be returning!

We arrived quite late on a Friday night with my daughter and called about 15-20 minutes before closing to see if they could still accommodate us for dine-in. The person on the phone warmly welcomed us to come in without any hesitation. Both the lady and the gentleman who served us were incredibly kind and attentive. The food was absolutely delicious as well! Our receipt indicated that our server was Austin, so a big thank you to both of them for a wonderful dinner on our first night back in NYC after a few years due to COVID.

Loved Casa Del Toro! The drinks were delicious and packed a punch. And the food was delectable as well! Would recommend to my anyone looking for a great pre-show outing.

The opitomy of white washed Mexican food. I can’t believe this location has 4 stars. There are better authentic Mexican options in the city. Save yourself the time and money.
