What Liliana doesn't like about Arno:
The staff were very welcoming and paid attention to all of our needs and requests. A lot of my party ordered pasta dishes, which came out in a timely fashion. One member ordered veal, which took an additional 10-15 minutes to come out. The portion sizes were a bit small, but the food was decent. View all feedback. What Susan likes about Arno:
Simply my favorite restaurant in NYC. Whenever we come, Arno's is our first stop after checking in to our hotel, and often the last before leaving. They never disappoint. The food is always excellent, but the hospitality and service always exceed expectations. We feel like we are coming to see old friends no matter how long it's been between visits.
