I Honestly think this Starbucks Deserves 5 stars for the baristas that took care of me Today which was Joe and Francis. Joe was working the cash register and Francis the Bar. The flow from the cash register to the bar was amazing even my food and drink. Nobody has ever made my drink the way I like but Francis did! This is why I will keep coming to this location that you To the Team At Wykagyl!! I appreciate it so much!!

The drinks are very inconsistent. I can order the same thing 3 days in a row have a different taste every time. Its very frustrating especially when spending the amount of money that I do with starbucks. Also staff is extremely slow. Most people order ahead so that they will not have to wait almost every time, Im still waiting Smh. Let?s not forget the ?manager?, short black guy with locs, Is very rude dismissive. They need to get it together!
Ordered a coffee with vanilla in it off of Uber from this location and they gave me hazelnut. I order this every time I get Starbucks so I know what vanilla is supposed to taste like. I?m just glad I don?t have an allergy but imagine if I did. Just wish you guys would be more careful
