The loudest high tea I have ever experienced. Not enough servers, but they did the best they could. They had a harpist that you could barely hear, I was almost embarrassed for her. The food was just ok, nothing amazing.

We enjoyed high tea here. It was a grand experience. The setting and service was excellent. Harpist played quietly in background. Good and tea were very nice.
