What Royce Sparks doesn't like about Phở Bằng:
Not worth your time for takeout. All ingredients sent separately, which is fine, but the meat was raw and the broth too cold to cook it in. My hotel doesn't have a microwave, so there was no way for me to heat it. The fried rolls were all split, the meat inside charred from improper frying, and the peanut sauce watery. As someone who loves Vietnamese, stay away from this place. View all feedback. What Mimi D likes about Phở Bằng:
I'm from Northern Virginia close to Washington DC and up here Vietnamese food all sucks. They cook to make a dollar and everything is blend. No love given when they cook. The bun Bo hue is absolutely amazing. Broth is definitely hearty, full of flavor, bowl is definitely meaty. I don't eat much meat but you can't complain about the servings at all. No need to add shrimp paste, just s squeeze of lime and it's perfect.... View all feedback.

Very unprofessional and food is bland. Wouldn’t recommend.
Pho Beef Brisket with grilled shrimp was the best Pho soup ? I've had. Restaurant clean and great service. I'm happy it's in New Orleans East neighborhood
Everything was fresh and delicious and very affordable. I will definitely be back to try more dishes.
The lemon grass chicken was soooo good. Hated the Thai bubble tea.... Toooo sweet.
Authentic Vietnam food. Love all kinds of Phos and the chili sauce is my favorite.
