We enjoyed delicious food on a lovely outdoor terrace. The restaurant boasts an impressive selection of French wines, though we did wonder if there was a sommelier on staff. The highlight of our meal was definitely the mussels. While the tempura escargot was certainly innovative, it ultimately fell short in flavor. Overall, we had a wonderful experience. Too many strong sauces in every dish which spoiled the flavor of any veggie and meat. Service was slow and careless. No one seemed to care to tell us today's special until we were about to just order from the menu. Waitresses brought wrong plates two times and never paid attention to our empty sparkling water bottle. Overall I don't recommend this place if you are looking for decent French food. This is a warm, intimate romantic restaurant with a magnificent kerzelit terrace. eating is wonderful, familiar and yet unique aromas that combine Japanese aromes with French technology. the cured salmon tart was delightful, fresh. the wobble pink was particularly tasteful, we inhaled the court. the duck and sweet potato was perfectly cooked. we finished the meal with a creamy, yielding soy cream brûlée. recommended for a trip to new orleans
This is like stepping into the French countryside. The most romantic place you'll find in all of New Orleans. If you are looking for a date night then this is the place. The food was awesome. The drinks were awesome and the service was awesome. Thanks to our server Gaia. We were blown away.
Beautiful location, interesting menu and extensive wine selection. Overall would definitely recommend N7. Appetizers were different but delicious. Smokey tomato soup was full of flavor and depth. Steak dinner was really really tasty but could definitely have been hotter. Felt like it was ready and sat before being served. Service was not the best, our server was pretty absent during our entire meal but the quality of the food and atmosphere outweighed that.
Lovely testaurant! They offer nice dishes overall, but carpaccio was a bit dissapointing. I am usually popular among bugs like mosquitos, so it was not that good idea to have a dinner outside... And a frog was jumping into my knees ^ ^;;; Next time, I will take a table inside the restaurant.
Great variety of small shareable foods. Wonderful presentation. Professional attentive staff. Paul was great. Parking is challenging. Guys outside direct you to approved Parking lots.
