I had a fantastic time enjoying the local dance and band performances! The shrimp was absolutely delicious, and the pecan pie with ice cream was delightful. It was a wonderfully entertaining experience! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Mulate's New Orleans:
The table service was pleasant, but unfortunately, our dinner arrived before the appetizer. The fried Cajun seafood platter had generous portions, though it was served on a cold, bland bed of French fries. At 6:30 PM, Cajun music started playing, which enhanced the overall experience nicely. On a positive note, the restrooms were spotless! View all feedback.
Good food, lovely staff, good music at night! Sazerac was on the sweet side. Little pricey, but I guess it is to be expected across from the convention center.
The food was fantastic! The Smoked Oysters are one of the best things I have eaten in NOLA .
Excellent and abundant food. Best grilled gator I have eaten. Great Zydeco music.
Our good friend that lives in New Orleans took us to dinner at one of his favorite Cajun restaurants. The food was fantastic! The live Cajun Band was so good and was just the right entertainment to go with our lunch. The mask band has been lifted at noon today but our wait staff still wore them to insure our safety. Highly recommend this place!
Fantastic dinner at Mulate's. Went in with a group and got a variety of foods and all was superb. The cornbread and whipped honey butter are an absolute must. The grilled gator bites as well, simply fantastic and so well seasoned and tender! Catfish and shrimp were perfectly fried, and the Caesar salad was delicious. They had live music going when we came in on Friday night. It was during the Final 4 so it was like a 45 min wait for a table but definitely worth it. Would recommend and would return happily!
