Absolutely delicious food— highly recommend the sesame softshell crab and the Cuban skirt steak. Got the passionfruit ginger frozen margarita and now I fear I will crave one often this summer. This is the best latinx restaurant I've ever been too. The atmosphere is amazing, and the people are even better. Our waiter is name Joshua and we talked for over 30 minutes about his story and the restaurant. He was so kind and friendly. Our food wasamazing too. I got the beef and chicken emanadas, and they were incredible. tasted great and filled me up, along withcomplimentary tortilla chips and salsa. Speaking of, the salsa is a custom mix of a sweet Chilli base with mango and a multitudeof spices. It was delicious.
We went for lunch. The food is delicious and authentic, in a relaxed atmosphere. Started with an empanada, sized to share (we had one filled with a traditional chicken picadillo), and the palomas were generous. We had the cubano smoky and meaty, withcrisp fries we couldn't stop eating and a poblano relleno with steak, which was flavorful and hearty. Will try the flan nexttime because we were too full.
