George's Cafe is in Orleans Parish Criminal District Court corner of Tulane Broad, basement level. I have yet to be disappointed when it comes to the freshly made sandwiches. Usually I tend to order my sandwiches on wheatberry bread which has a little extra crunch when toasted. The breakfast croissant with hot sausage or smoke are to die for and the bacon and egg with pancakes will satisfy. the pizzas are pretty good... View all feedback.

Very poor service through Postmates. There is no accountability on the manager of the establishment. There is no receipt on the bag for the post mate driver to know what was in the order. Nothing on the bag. The manger hung up on me twice asking what did I want him to do about it. Bbb will be contacted. View all feedback.

Generally, this is a good little cafe!
They have some good pizza. And other great food, great service. Def recommend.
I believe in giving businesses a chance and have been using the door dash app with this place and yesterday was the 3rd and FINAL time that this business did NOT pull through. the assigned driver called me because the store wasn't even OPEN. How could you allow your delivery app to be open and confirm orders,charge us,but NOT communicate that you are in fact NOT OPEN? You're charging customers for orders that don't even exist, that's UNACCEPTABLE. Now This could've easily just be out of sheer miscommunication but this is literally a growing habit and I'm telling EVERYONE on this side of the canal to not bother supporting this place. Myself and the assigned driver and the agent Tried calling the store and NO ONE picked up. I have yet to hear an apology nor an offer to make it right. Won't be using the app nor supporting this place anymore. In hindsight, While i want to continue supporting local owned places,but yall really do make it hard to support you when you don't communicate and own the mistake.
