Contribute FeedbackFulton St. Bistro offers a mixed experience. While some diners were disappointed by the lack of menu items and slow service, others stumbled upon the gem during Mardi Gras and felt like VIPs. The ambiance was praised, and the food received high marks, especially the cheese board and charcuterie platter. With a mix of positives and negatives, it seems like Fulton St. Bistro is a hit or miss dining option, but those who have a good experience are likely to return for more.
The restaurant is located in the lobby of a hotel. The service staff were polite, but it was evident that they lacked experience. The food was decent in taste.
We made a reservation on the same day, but when we arrived there was no host or wait staff, and the dining room was closed. Our only option was to sit at the bar, where we had only a few minutes to place our order before the kitchen closed. It turned out there was only one person working in the kitchen, and most weekdays they closed early. We were confused as to why they allowed reservations at the time we went. Despite this, the food was absolutely fantastic and saved our dinner. The wine list was lacking, but the bartender recommended one that was decent. Overall, I wouldn't go out of my way to eat at this place.
