What Logan Riales doesn't like about Domino's Pizza:
I have had a few instances where my order was incorrect, but most of the time it wasn't a big deal. However, on my latest order, they gave me a large size instead of the extra large I requested. I called the restaurant to see if they could make it right by upsizing to an extra large on my next order, but they said they couldn't. Not correcting mistakes is a surefire way to lose customers. This location delivered the pizza very fast, and the pizza was just as expcted for Domino's, but they didn't apply the medium sized pizza coupon, overcharging me $44 for two medium, two topping pizzas (what? , then refused to adjust the bill when Icalled to ask.
I ordered during the Memorial day weekend I got a good deal. I tried their garlic parmesan wings for the first time they were ok...too soft full of fat ! My pizza was good I luv the lava cakes.
Wanted to shout out Kaylee- she is excellent! Best service at dominoes my family has ever had and the pizza was great! Thank you!
They make the pizza like NO OTHER. I didn't know it was possible, but different locations in new orleans actually do taste different. Atleast from around the part of town I'm from, do. This one is a great location and they have the food out in a timely manner
I am proud of the staff who put together my pizza and delivered it. This pizza exceeded 5 stars. I ordered a pan pizza with light cheese and it was exactly as I ordered it. The delivery woman has brought my pizza many times and couldn’t be nicer and more efficient. Best delivery person ever. If you are lucky enough to have her bring your pizza, tip her well!!
