We came here for the pancakes based on a recommendation from Reddit. Unfortunately the Reddit thread was a couple years old so I think it no longer applies the pancakes were really bad, perhaps slightly worse than mediocre, at least by New Orleans standards. Solid food. Great coffee. Beautiful patio. Friendly service. You don't need anything else at breakfast time.
Had to wait about 20 mins with restaurant bring crowded but food was well worth it. Food was freshly cooked and waitress was pleasant and attentive. Highly recommend when looking for local brunch
Came on a Sunday morning, waited about an hour and a half in total before we were seated. Tried the blueberry pancakes, crispy potatoes, and the cat daddy biscuit. Both were phenomenal, however, not sure if it was worth the wait. It may be better to go on a weekday to avoid the crowds. Service was just okay as they were very busy.

Perfectly balanced and all the flavors compliment each other perfectly.Hot rob no complaints, super tasty and filling.Crab scramble ufffff.. super light yet filling.. I could eat this everyday.Bearcat breakfast classic. Bacon is really good!Salmon toast really well balanced order.
