The sushi was outstanding and reasonably priced. I dined here twice in just four days. The lunch specials are fantastic. Overall, I would rate the food 5, the service 5, and the atmosphere 5. View all feedback.
What Nicole Herzog doesn't like about Sushi Fang:
The portion sizes are quite generous for the price, and the spring rolls were enjoyable. However, the stir-fried egg noodles were excessively greasy, and the chicken was dry and looked more like leftover bits than fresh meat. The food is decent; some of the rolls are quite good. However, the seafood definitely lacks freshness. Unfortunately, the service is abysmal—I've seen better service from a dead raccoon on the highway. When you receive your initial cup of water, be sure to make it last, as it's nearly impossible to get a refill even if you request it. The staff essentially just deliver the food and then disappear, which is really odd. I'm not sure if they're sourcing their own water or what's happening there.
WE all loved it kids and adults alike. The staff was kind and efficient. We will definitely go back!
The Thai spicy noodle was bland and mushy, the pad Thai was as well. The spicy octopus looked like the container had been vigorously shaken. The sashimi/sushi was definitely less than fresh. And fake crab doesn't count as sushi or sashimi to me. Years ago I loved this place, now, I'll never return. Didn't even finish the meal. Threw what I didn't eat in the compost
This is a wonderful restaurant to dine at. The food is excellent and definitely hits the mark. If you enjoy sushi, I highly recommend checking it out!

Additionally, unlike most Thai dishes, the leftovers did not taste good, so I ended up composting most of it.
