Even if you manage to receive the correct order, the customer service is lacking - there is no apology when bringing back incorrect food, only bad attitudes. Save your money and go elsewhere for a better dining experience.

It's time for them to improv... read more There are so many options for getting chicken nowadays that KFC's offerings just don't seem as flavorful or worth the higher price. It's time for them to improve their menu and quality. Nothing about our experience here really stood out to make us want to return. Places like Jewel, Berkots, Caines, and Popeye's all offer better tasting chicken at a more affordable price.

I really enjoy their dishes, but every time I try to order all dark meat—which is an option on the menu—I end up with a mix of meats instead. I eventually placed my order over the phone, which worked out fine, but they wouldn't accept my card payment that way. I was in a rush and would have preferred to order online. If the ordering process were more accurate, I would have given it a 5-star rating.
