Country Charm Restaurant - New Lenox

I have zero complaints about Country Charm. It is by far the fastest dine in we've ever had. If you wanted to, you could walk in, eat, and be out if there in 20 minutes with a full belly. You can also take your time with no pressure. The prices are as reasonable as you're going to find anywhere.

We were welcomed by a very friendly staff after what was a bit of a rough day, so that automatically earned four stars from me. Even the patrons were nice, as one held the door open for me so I could wheel myself in on my wheelchair. It might not seem like much to some people, but it made me more comfortable being there. It was our first time trying their food, which was amazing btw. All of their staff was friendly, and our waitress Cathy was on the ball. She had refills ready before our drinks ran all the way out and without us having to ask. I couldn't believe the prices. For what we paid, I expected small portions, but they definitely do not skimp on the food. And the chefs really know how to cook. The split pea soup was my favorite, though the black and bleu burger was a close runner up. My friend ordered breakfast, and she said the biscuits and gravy AND the fritta skillet were amazing. All in all, I found this to be the perfect place to eat, with its homey atmosphere, friendly staff, and great food!

There is something very homie about the atmosphere. The waitress was so nice. The food came out very fast. And everything was delicious.

Popular breakfast/lunch spot that's been around for years. Good food good service makes this place busy all the time. Restaurant owner makes a point of giving back to the community. Decor is dated could use a refresh. Parking: The lot is always full at breakfast time but there is a connecting lot to the business strip next door that people use.
