Once you go into the door of this beautiful new clean feeling establishment, you will be immediately welcomed by the energetic staff, someone is quickly ready to take your order. What User doesn't like about Tropical Smoothie Cafe:
After a work just to get a little fat bread and a smoothie, and it took an hour for them to give me my food all the people who ordered behind me got their food first View all feedback.
Additionally, it would have been helpful to put up a sign informing customers about the longer-than-usual wait times at the drive-thru, giving them the option to go inside to place their orders instead.
I waited over 30 minutes in the drive-thru without ordering any food, just smoothies. The service is slow, so be prepared for a long wait.
The customer service provided by Mason, Braidyn, Collin, and Carlos was outstanding! The staff is truly amazing.
Personal favorite is the Avocolada and a veggie wrap. Like to stop in for a smoothie for the road when passing through the area. The drive-thru is tight so park in the front and walk in if you have a large vehicle. And be patient during rush times, it's worth the wait.
Smoothie was amazing but the Kale Apple slaw was OLD and ROTTEN TASTING! Also it smells weird ?.
