The food and drinks were fantastic! Our table tried a variety of menu items, and everyone was pleased. I had the dish with green beans and Brussels sprouts, which was delicious. I also took home some turtle cheesecake for dessert! The live music created a wonderful atmosphere while we dined. It's so nice to discover a great date night spot in this area! View all feedback.

First visit to this establishment, they were not busy two other occupied tables to be exact. Heard alot of positive things about the restaurant so anticipated a good experience. Well much to my disappointment, the 40 minute food wait time was utterly ridiculous, the sweet potato waffle fries were greasy and overfried, the medium burger was cooked well done, and the bacon arrived to the table as bacon bits. I will not... View all feedback.
First time eating at this current location. The patio was charming with the lights above and open air. Food was good. We ate the gumbo, which was spicy, and it was super flavorful. Boudin egg rolls were really yummy. Good atmosphere.
If you 've never been to Preservation Bar Grill, then you are missing out on a true gem of New Iberia. Both Matt 's are true artists; one with food and another with drinks. Always amazing. Love this place!
The menu was sparse; what was on the menu was mediocre. The tar tar had sour cream and took over the dish. It simply wasn't good. And it was served with chips, unsure why. We had about 12 people in our party. Some food was good; such as the filet. The mac and cheese tasted either old or stale. The crab cakes left a good bit to be desired. Ultimately, the meal was overpriced and the quality was less than equivalent to the cost.
Delicious food!! Great service!Turtle cheesecake ?Restaurant fills up really fast!
I wish I had read the Tripadvisor reviews before coming here. While it was excellent, as another reviewer recently noted, the steak listed at market price was $55.00, and that was a la carte. It was amazing, however, and cooked at a perfect medium rare. Our server was lovely, but he didn 't write anything down. As a result, we didn 't get the soup du jour we ordered (it was not on the bill), and I received Chicken Parmesan instead of Chicken Alfredo. We did not mention either mistake, because the soup wasn 't on the bill, and I was trying to decide between the Alfredo and the Parmesan anyway. But someone else might not have been as easygoing, and this all could have been prevented, had our server simply written down our order.
