Mcdonald's - New Iberia

My granddaughter visited the restaurant and ordered a crunchy chicken meal. When her meal arrived, it consisted of dry rolls and was missing any salad or tomatoes. When she approached the staff to address this issue, she had to wait 30 minutes for assistance. Additionally, the staff was quite rude.

I had a terrible experience at this McDonald's. The McDonald's corporation should take serious action against this location. I've never encountered such issues, including blatant racist treatment. The staff is consistently rude and unprofessional. They seem unhappy, and their poor attitude reflects that. I won't stop until this problem is addressed at the highest level. I refuse to tolerate this kind of abuse, and neither should anyone else.

My granddaughter really enjoys McDonald's. Every time we visit, there's one particular employee who is incredibly friendly. He always greets us with a smile and goes out of his way to help customers. He is an outstanding worker!

They have a roach problem. My daughter had a little roach in her sprite a few months ago and my sister got one yesterday with a roach in hers too.Once maybe it came from outside but twice tells us that they have a roach problem.CHECK YOUR DRINKS AND FOOD!

Bought chocolate chip cookie tote.Minor wait time. They were going to mix cold and hot cookies. I asked that they NOT, do that since I had to wait anyway. Why mix fresh with sitting batch?? They did as requested. However, I guess I'm different, I wouldn't have someone wait, then mix fresh and sitting cookies together. My observation. Otherwise, a very good tasting cookie for the price.
