New Panda House - Feedback

What Cody M doesn't like about New Panda House:
Food was average at best but definitely had better. The biggest complaint I have about this location is its cleanliness. When I walked in the windows were cluttered with old signage, not clean, and the booths and floors inside were covered in old cardboard boxes and trash. These people are just the greatest an most gracious to there customers. 5stars for the House Special Fried Rice!!! It's a meal on its own, it's always my go to if the fried rice is fire, you know the entrees are also cooked to the same level of service.
