Fries were nice and crispy, got it with the bacon dipping sauce and it was great. The pizza was perfectly cooked, thin, andflavorful. Only thing was they seemed like they were having friendly banter in the kitchen but one of the guys lookeduncomfortable, kinda threw off the vibe a bit.

My husband gets the cheese pizza and I usually try a different out-there flavor combo each time. I highly recommend The King, which is Elvis inspired! Peanut butter sauce. Who knew?Delicious.

I like that you can... read more The best pizza in New Haven. Creative, interesting dishes and good prices. It?s a smallish space but I?ve never had trouble getting a table. I like that you can see the kitchen and watch them make the pizzas. The staff often has a strange communalaffect but they?re always helpful and attentive. I?ve tried the Goat, which was surprising, flavorful, and delicious goatcheese and asparagus. The King, with peanut butter and bacon, is worth coming back for over and over. Plus the Fungus Among Us,which I liked imore than most mushroom pizzas I?ve had I?m not a fan of truffle oil, which is a dominant flavor, but that?s upto individual taste. It?s also the best Caesar Salad I?ve had in recent memory. All in all, I go at least once a month andalways enjoy my meal.
