Keep the big work can not wait to come back for more chicken.

The chicken itself was present, but really not great. Pretty dry and tasted like it hadsat a little too long. It really isn?t fun working out of town, and especially so when the one thing you have to look forwardto at night, a decent ?cheat? meal, is such a let down. The staff was pleasant though, which I know is tough when people arerude to them all day.

I said t... read more So I have never had such rude service before today! Price on the outside menu was not what I was charged. When I asked about it I got instant attitude. I said to him I?m not trying to argue just let you know to change your sign if I?m paying more thanwhat?s posted. Then get home and the biscuits are hard as a rock, the corn looked like it?s been sitting out at room temperaturefor a few days. I didn?t even attempt to try it. Went straight to the trash can. When I tried calling them it rang busy for wellover an hour. So I gave up. Don?t want anything from them anyways. Just won?t ever return!!

You can or... read more The food was horrible and the service was atrocious. I ordered an eight piece, all dark. The guy said over the speaker, no, no, we're not doing that. You can order the chicken but you get what we give you. Fine. No problem there, but it could havebeen said better. Then when I got to the pick up window, he said, the guy looked like he had just rolled out of bed and hewouldn't even look at me. He said, just so you know, I can't give you any change. I can give you bills, but I don't have anycoins. Fine. He told me the bill was $26 something. I gave him two twenties and he gave me back $11. Irritating, but Ididn't feel like arguing. He then handed the food through the window with his head turned the other direction. No thank youwas said. When I got the food home, the skin was so dry it crumbled and the chicken was all dried out. The mashed potatoeswere only half filled. I will never order food from this business again.

We go thru a couple times a week. They've had some courteous service, and good, hot food, lately. Good improvements!!???? We appreciate it.
