Kfc - New Haven
Kfc
Description
This KFC location shines with its cleanliness and convenience, offering great food and a welcoming atmosphere. While many patrons enjoy their chicken, some have expressed frustration over service issues, such as missing items and inattentive staff. Drive-thru options are preferred for safety, particularly during uncertain times. However, limited drink selections, particularly for non-caffeinated options, leave something to be desired. Overall, this spot provides solid meals but may benefit from enhanced service and product variety to improve the dining experience. Despite the hiccups, it remains a preferable choice over nearby alternatives.

Food was good nice and fresh employees are very friendly patient and kind Parking lot was clean plenty of parking
The service was very disappointing. One of the staff members seemed more interested in eating than in helping customers at the counter, and I could see her in the drive-thru, which was quite unprofessional. Additionally, the prices were too steep for the quality of food offered. To make matters worse, a fly flew into my nose while I was trying to enjoy my meal. I also felt uneasy with other employees watching me while I ate. I certainly won’t be coming back anytime soon.
It's KFC, so it serves its purpose well. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the place is kept very clean.
The chicken is consistently outstanding. I really miss the green beans; I would choose them over corn any day.
This KFC is clean, welcoming, and conveniently located. Although I’m not comfortable dining inside yet, I usually use the drive-thru. It’s better than the nearby Popeyes, but that’s just for these specific locations. Normally, I prefer Popeyes, but our local one isn’t very good. The food here is great. However, their non-caffeinated drink choices are limited—I dislike Sprite, and the fruit punch lacks flavor. I would really appreciate having a root beer option.
