One of the staff members seemed more interested in eating than in helping customers at the counter, and I could see her in the drive-thru, which was quite unprofessional. Additionally, the prices were too steep for the quality of food offered. To make matters worse, a fly flew into my nose while I was trying to enjoy my meal. I also felt uneasy with other employees watching me while I ate. I certainly won’t be coming back anytime soon.

It’s better than the nearb... read more This KFC is clean, welcoming, and conveniently located. Although I’m not comfortable dining inside yet, I usually use the drive-thru. It’s better than the nearby Popeyes, but that’s just for these specific locations. Normally, I prefer Popeyes, but our local one isn’t very good. The food here is great. However, their non-caffeinated drink choices are limited—I dislike Sprite, and the fruit punch lacks flavor. I would really appreciate having a root beer option.
