Train your staff to show respect to everyone who comes through your doors. I visit this restaurant a couple of times a week due to my hectic work schedule. Recently, when I pulled up to the drive-thru window, I noticed four to five employees standing at the register, laughing and looking at me. One young man was particularly obvious in his behavior. The cashier, a light-skinned African American woman, couldn't even maintain a serious expression while serving me. As a store manager for a luxury retail brand, I find this kind of conduct unacceptable.
The doors were locked, even though the sign indicated that the dining room was still open.
I ordered delivery from KFC, and once again, it was the Chicken Tenders that took a bit longer to arrive, which shows they are freshly made. The staff were friendly and courteous. The menu offers great options worth the wait.
10:40 AM. The sign on the door says they open at 10:30 AM, but the lady at the counter says they’re not open yet. That’s fine, I’ll go somewhere else.
I was really disappointed with my recent experience at KFC. I placed an order online for my boyfriend to pick up, but when he arrived, there was only one order on the counter. An older man with dark hair asked for the name on the order. My boyfriend explained that I had placed it, so the name could be either mine or his. The man then said, "Well, which one is it? It’s going to be difficult to give you an order with no name." Even though my boyfriend thought it was under my name, the man continued to give him a hard time. Luckily, the manager noticed and stepped in, handing over the order and saying, "Have a good night." I don’t understand why the employee made things so difficult—it was very frustrating, especially since there was no option to leave feedback on the app I used to place the order.
