**Restaurant Review: A Mixed Bag at Chipotle New Haven**
Chipotle's New Haven location showcases a stark contrast in experiences. While some patrons praise the quick service and fresh, generous portions that evoke comforting street food nostalgia, others express frustration over rude staff, overcooked rice, and inconsistent quality. Multiple diners note issues with stale chips and sloppy preparations, leading to disappointment. Despite the challenges—such as limited online ordering options and ingredient shortages—the restaurant's proactive approach to ingredient replenishment stands out. Ultimately, while some visitors leave satisfied, others vow to seek out more reliable locations, highlighting the need for consistency in service and food quality.

These folks are absolutely fantastic! They always prepare the food fresh! Even before they run out, they're already calling for more to be made! Talk about a backup plan, right? Love you all—keep up the great work!
I've always been a big fan of Chipotle. As an international student from the Indian subcontinent, I find that Chipotle evokes memories of home-style street food. The downtown New Haven location was impressively quick and delicious. The staff was kind and generous with portion sizes, ensuring our hungry appetites were fully satisfied. I highly recommend going there, getting a rice bowl, loading it up with all the toppings you can, and having a great time!
