When it arrived, it was still dripping with hot oil from the fryer, as if the cook hadn’t taken the time to drain it properly! I ended up burning my mouth on the grease, and the overhyped pork sandwich tasted bland. The fries were just as greasy!

I ordered the Prime Rib, and when they asked how I wanted it, I thought, "Red flag." Prime Rib should only be served rare, so I specifically ordered it that way. However, it arrived overcooked, almost well done. When I informed the waitress, she acknowledged the issue, but then returned to say that at this time of night, it’s difficult to get it cooked rare. The restaurant opened at 4 PM, and I was there at 5:40 PM. It wasn't even busy. Overall, it was just an extremely disappointing experience with the Prime Rib.

Very disappointed. No one told us they had a group come in and it would be at least an hour or so for our food. Would have taken longer but we just wanted to cancel our order at that point. We asked how much longer and could wejust get it to go..gal said few minutes.. 15 minutes later we got our food.. when I lifted the container up I got a handful ofketchup from bottom of container. Wow.. thanks for that. No customer service. Would have appreciated being told it was a longwait and not the childish games with the ketchup.
