The person at the register was picking their nose while there were at least ten other customers in the restaurant. I considered filing a complaint, but without my receipt, which has a specific number on it, I couldn't find a way to do so. At that point, I had already wasted enough money because, of course, we still had to eat our food afterward. View all feedback.
Love our Charles City hometown subway! Always a good sandwich. The work is that it has always done our food when we order it to go before time. It is so convenient to go on and order online and just pick up and go! I never had to wait. Steak is my favorite. Wait for them to try to come with someone I like more! If you ever go to Charles City Iowa on the subway.
A bit biased but I love this place service is good no mistakes and they aren't stickers on toppings
The counters were cleaned twice as I was there for 30 minutes, staff was very efficient in self cleaning and was very communicative. One of the best subways I have been to except they stock soup seasonally. Very quick in their service.
Designed for social distancing, the restaurant offered excellent service, and the sandwich was prepared just the way I wanted it.
