I have visited this restaurant before a... read more I walked into the restaurant on a Saturday night around 5:45 to request a table since no tables were currently occupied. I have visited this restaurant before and enjoyed the great food and good service. However, this time when I asked for a table, the staff was rude and refused without giving any explanation. They completely ignored us. Due to this terrible customer service, we will not be returning or ordering takeout from this restaurant. We recommend others to explore other options before deciding to dine here. Simply providing an explanation for not accepting walk-ins would have made a big difference, but unfortunately, it was not given.

Despite being the only ones in the restaurant at first, we couldn't get her attention when needed. The starters were good, but the duck in the second course was inedible - cold and chewy. We had planned to order a main course, but waited so long to get the waitress's attention that we all decided not to bother at that point. We won't be returning as it was not a good experience.

I asked for b... read more Ever since the restaurant changed ownership, the quality of the food has declined. I ordered a takeaway last night and was extremely disappointed. I asked for barbecue chicken wings but received large thighs instead, which put me off. The rice was dry and stodgy, the soup was tasteless, and the seaweed was greasy. I ordered crispy beef but was given chicken instead. When I went to complain, I was told to bring the food back in, but I had already thrown it away. I will never return to this restaurant again. The staff were also rude; when I mentioned leaving a bad review, I was accused of threatening them.

However went in recently and I'm so glad I did as it was awful, I complained the ribs smelt off and the waitress grunted at me...needless to say I cancelled the birthday meal and won't be going back...So not sure what's happened!!??

The chicken c... read more We made an order of chicken curry and boiled rice, Singapore vegetable king prawn noodles, salt and chilli squid, king prawn balls a pancake roll. The chicken curry was appalling! It was watery using slimy cheap chicken extremely bland inedible. The Singapore noodles did not include king prawns but shrimp and a couple of green peppers. We were happy to pay the extra for the king prawns but these were missing alongside any vegetables. The squid batter was slimy and frankly the worst squid I’ve ever tried. The pancake roll, more like a batter roll surely there should be more than just batter beansprouts. We called to make a complaint. A member of staff even agreed that the pancake roll was battery when we asked them what they could do about this, the response was the chef was too busy to speak to. We put the food in the bin. We received a call 10mins later were told to drag the food out of the bin drive 20mins back to Fuchi to clearly evidence that we had no eaten the food. The customer service was appalling we won’t be going back! Disappointing

The st... read more Delicious food and well presented. Every plate of food from the dry prawns to the soft noodles and the chilli chicken were masterfully cooked and served. The staff were polite and attentive. The decor of the restaurant very welcoming and the prices were also spot on perfect! This would be our go-to restaurant if we lived locally. Well done to the owners, chefs and staff. Simply superb.
