I have visited this restaurant before a... read more I walked into the restaurant on a Saturday night around 5:45 to request a table since no tables were currently occupied. I have visited this restaurant before and enjoyed the great food and good service. However, this time when I asked for a table, the staff was rude and refused without giving any explanation. They completely ignored us. Due to this terrible customer service, we will not be returning or ordering takeout from this restaurant. We recommend others to explore other options before deciding to dine here. Simply providing an explanation for not accepting walk-ins would have made a big difference, but unfortunately, it was not given.

Despite being the only ones in the restaurant at first, we couldn't get her attention when needed. The starters were good, but the duck in the second course was inedible - cold and chewy. We had planned to order a main course, but waited so long to get the waitress's attention that we all decided not to bother at that point. We won't be returning as it was not a good experience.

I asked for b... read more Ever since the restaurant changed ownership, the quality of the food has declined. I ordered a takeaway last night and was extremely disappointed. I asked for barbecue chicken wings but received large thighs instead, which put me off. The rice was dry and stodgy, the soup was tasteless, and the seaweed was greasy. I ordered crispy beef but was given chicken instead. When I went to complain, I was told to bring the food back in, but I had already thrown it away. I will never return to this restaurant again. The staff were also rude; when I mentioned leaving a bad review, I was accused of threatening them.

However went in recently and I'm so glad I did as it was awful, I complained the ribs smelt off and the waitress grunted at me...needless to say I cancelled the birthday meal and won't be going back...So not sure what's happened!!??
