Nestled in a charming old chapel, this local pub offers a welcoming atmosphere complemented by friendly staff and hearty portions. While the pricing leans towards the higher side, the menu shines with standout items, particularly steaks and ribs, favored by regulars. Rib Night specials present a great value, though consistency in serving quality can vary. Service is generally amiable, though occasionally slow. Found this place by chance. Good selection of food and has beer's from local breweries. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: £10–20 Parking options: Paid parking lot Parking: Dogs aren't allowed inside but you can stay outside on the patio. Water treats are provided.
The steaks at this restaurant are excellent, cooked perfectly to order and a generous portion size. It was a bit unusual for me to see the weights in metric measurements since I am used to ounces. The prices are a little on the high side, especially considering that sides are extra, but the cost of drinks is reasonable. Overall, it may be a bit pricey, but the high quality of the food makes it worth it.
