What JC S doesn't like about True Texas Bbq:
Twice in 2 days I have been charged for items that they didn't include (ordering online), and doing it this way I was out approximately $30 which they refunded $11. Can't even find the order as placed the second time. What a shame. Why set up a curbside (made day the day before) with this much trouble. What is the problem? Helped an employee who had nearly lost a display to a fall taking only seconds of my time. He thanked me and I was on my way. He and another employee found me in line a bit later and ....we'll, HEB is very thankful to those that help them. Thank you again whoever you were. I appreciate it! View all feedback.

Could possibly be the best BBQ in town.... Called in a big order for a get together at my home. Brisket, sides and everything was very good.
