What Mechelle Kutach doesn't like about Kfc:
KFC does not value you as a customer. I ordered online at 11:44 am. I know they are a horrible company so I got there at 12:15pm. No order ready. I waited as 23 people in line were served inside and outside. I got my order at 12:46pm after I made a scene. Not even a “Have A Nice Day” for your trouble. View all feedback.
The mashed potatoes in the Famous Bowl were not thoroughly mixed and were not warm. Not a big issue; I can easily heat them up in the microwave. The chicken, on the other hand, was still delicious.
I ordered the 3 piece combo and found the chicken to be overly salty.
The sauce was very tasteless, the chicken and wrap lacked any flavor at all. The portion size was incredibly small. Please bring back the original twister!
The biscuits were gummy inside. I know KFC is generally oily/greasy but this was above beyond. They didnt even include even 1 napkin!! I apos;ll stick with Popeye apos;s or a local chain going forward!!
Basically a 5 star kfc meal. But there was barely a smear of spicy mayo on my sandwich. its still delicious though, and a delivered hot. I can only imagine how it tastes with a good spread
